Henry Janzen 306-222-6303

Senior Pastor

Henry and Susan Janzen

I was born in 1956, and married my spouse, Susan in 1978. We have five children, and at this point nine grandchildren. Both Susan and I grew up in the local community, but in the Bergthaler and Old Colony churches. We owned a dairy herd for a few years, but entered full-time ministry fairly early in life. I was called first to lay ministry and was ordained in 1981. I have been in full-time ministry since 1986.

Education included three years at Peace River Bible Institute, graduating in 1979. There was also one year at the U of S, as well as numerous evening classes, and seminars. In 1996/97 a year was spent in Fresno CA, to attend the Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary.

My greatest passion in life is to know God, to love Him, and to trust Him - not only for my eternal salvation, but also with my whole being. God is trustworthy. My second passion is to see relationships developing between people as we learn to see each other the way God sees us. All people are God’s creation. We are imperfect as a result of our choices, but we are still in His image. Ps. 23:1 “The Lord is my shepherd…”

Associate Pastor

Darryl and Martha Neudorf

I was ‘born and raised’ in Grace Mennonite Church. After studying at Millar College of the Bible I married Martha, my high school sweet heart! We lived in Belize for 5 years; 2 years as missionaries under G.M.U. (now Avant Ministries) and 3 years as a youth pastor. I became an associate pastor at NGMC in 2006.

Martha and I have 2 boys, Jordan and Jonathan (Melissa). I enjoy learning about God’s Word and how it applies to us today, teaching what I’ve learned to others and connecting with people over a Timmies!

Allan Hays 306-361-6201

Lay Pastor

Allan and Edna Hays I was born in Spanish Fork, Utah. I immigrated to Canada in 1970 after graduating in Washington state. We lived near 100 Mile House, BC where I accepted the Lord as my Saviour in 1975 at the Evangelical Free Church. I graduated from a 3 year course at Millar College of the Bible. In 1978 I married Edna Fehr at Neuanlage Grace Mennonite Church  (her home church). We lived in BC for 20 years and then moved to the Hague area and transferred our membership here. I became a lay minister in 2001 (shortly after 9-11, believing God wanted me to be more involved in NGMC). We have 3 children: Heidi (Stu), Rebecca (Ben), William and 6 grandchildren. I enjoy visitation, prayer time and small groups. Galatians 2:20 is one of my favorite verses.
