I was ‘born and raised’ in Grace Mennonite Church. After studying at Millar College of the Bible I married Martha, my high school sweet heart! We lived in Belize for 5 years; 2 years as missionaries under G.M.U. (now Avant Ministries) and 3 years as a youth pastor. I became an associate pastor at NGMC in 2006. Martha and I have 2 boys, Jordan (Kirsten) and Jonathan (Melissa). I enjoy learning about God’s Word and how it applies to us today, teaching what I’ve learned to others and connecting with people over a Timmies!

Brent has a real passion for youth ministry, and has been serving at Grace for a number of years. Brent and Cindy met at Millar College of the Bible and married in 1999. Brent has been a youth pastor at NGMC since 2001. Brent and Cindy have two boys: Mesele and Abinet.
