I was ‘born and raised’ in Grace Mennonite Church. After studying at Millar College of the Bible, I married Martha, my high school sweetheart! We lived in Belize for 5 years, 2 years as missionaries under G.M.U. (now Avant Ministries) and 3 years as a youth pastor. I became an associate pastor at NGMC in 2006. Martha and I have 2 boys, Jordan (Kirsten) and Jonathan, and 3 grandchildren. I enjoy learning about God’s Word and how it applies to us today, teaching what I’ve learned to others, and connecting with people over a Timmies!

I grew up on a dairy farm by Austin, Manitoba. After graduating from Millar College of the Bible in 2007, I moved to Saskatoon and got a job driving concrete truck. I came out of Bible school with a passion to use what I had learned to serve in the church. Through friend connections, I began attending Neuanlage Grace Mennonite Church. It was here that I met my wife, Joanna. We have been able to serve together with music, as youth leaders, in prison ministry, and leading a ministry team to Punnichy, Saskatchewan. God has blessed us with six children who keep us very busy! I became a Lay Pastor in 2017, and in 2020, I filled the role of Associate Pastor. The message God has given us through the Bible has changed my life. I am excited to share that transforming message through preaching, teaching, mentoring, over a coffee, and any other way we can meet.

I have a real passion for youth ministry and have been serving at Grace for a number of years. I met Cindy at Millar College of the Bible, and we were married in 1999. I have been the youth pastor at NGMC since June 2001. Cindy and I have two grown boys, Mesele and Abinet. We enjoy keeping active by camping and playing most sports.

I was born in Eastend, Saskatchewan and grew up on a grain farm just outside of town. I am the 3rd of 4 girls born to my parents, Randy & Linda Wig. I attended LCBI in Outlook, Saskatchewan for grade 11 & 12 and graduated in 2006. In the fall of 2006, I felt called to apply to Millar College of the Bible. This is where I met the creative, knock-out, Mennonite sensation–Mark Neudorf. After a year at Millar, I attended Cypress Hills Regional College for their 1-year Certificate Program for Office Education. Mark and I were married in the summer of 2010. We lived in Saskatoon for a few years, then Warman and then eventually the beautiful hamlet of Neuanlage. Mark and I have 3 kiddos (but, like, older kiddos) and we have been on many adventures as a family. The favorite one – which may always be the favorite – is our many trips down to Florida, driving and camping in the VW Van.
Mark grew up in Grace, but I started attending after Mark and I were married. We feel so blessed to be able to raise our children in this church family. I have spent many, many hours serving on committees, leading worship teams, and volunteering in the various children’s programs here at NGMC.
The position of NGMC’s Director of Children’s Ministry began on August 1, 2025, and I have the privilege of pioneering it alongside the staff and the congregation. I can’t wait to see what great works our Heavenly Father has established for our congregation! Psalm 92:4 says “For you, O LORD, have made me glad through your work; I will triumph in the works of your hands.” I can’t wait! He has made me glad. I enjoy sipping a creamy coffee around some conversation, reading a good book in the sunshine, cuddling a sleeping baby, and playing just about any sport–mayyyyybe you can add some chocolate with nuts…I wouldn’t mind one bit.

I graduated from Saskatoon Business College in June 2008 and worked for 10 years as the secretary for a neurosurgeon in Saskatoon. I met Andrew Penner in August 2009, and we began attending Neuanlage Grace Mennonite Church together shortly thereafter. We were married in September 2011 at NGMC. In 2018, our daughter was born and I left the admin world to be a stay-at-home mom for the next five years, which was such a blessing. I have been the NGMC administrator since December 1, 2023, and thoroughly enjoy it! One of the things God has gifted me with is to be an admin, and the admin position for NGMC was my dream job. I enjoy reading, camping, road trips, crochet, being a passenger in Andrew’s 2-seater small plane, and spending time with family and friends!
